🌿 Open Heart Space Counseling — Refund Policy
At Open Heart Space Counseling, session time is reserved specifically for you. Because counseling is a professional service rather than a product, payments for completed sessions are not refundable.
Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full session fee.

Technical Issues for Telehealth
If a session cannot be completed due to a verified technical issue on the provider’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If you ever have questions about billing, cancellations, or scheduling, you’re always welcome to reach out. Transparency and clarity are important, and I’m here to help ensure the process feels simple and supportive.
